A Change of Direction

I haven’t talked about it yet on our blog, but my family & I will be changing directions in our lives in the coming months.  We’ve accepted a new position through Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Palatine, IL to plant a brand new church in the Lake in the Hills area.  While we love the ministry that we’re involved with here at Faith & Celebration Lutheran Churches in Appleton, WI, we really feel God calling us to a new adventure in the NW suburbs of Chicago.

Anybody been a part of a brand new church before?  Any experiences you want to share?
